Where fun meets nutrition!
The Leylah Annie & Family Foundation teamed up with Elite Cake Creations for a unique and delicious experience at Ace in the Kitchen in Cooper City, FL!
Guests were welcomed with music, gift bags, and custom shirts, setting the stage for a fun-filled culinary adventure. Leylah Fernandez kicked things off with a virtual greeting, followed by an insightful talk from her coach on nutrition and the role it plays in an athlete’s performance.
With the kitchen prepped by the talented Beatriz & Mike, kids jumped into action—baking banana bread and keto cookies while learning about ingredients, techniques, and healthy choices. The interactive session made it easy (and fun!) for them to recreate the recipes at home with the tools and ingredients provided.
A huge thank you to our partners, chefs, and everyone who helped make this event a memorable mix of sports, nutrition, and creativity. This was more than just baking—it was about empowering kids with skills, knowledge, and confidence to make healthy choices on and off the court.
